Major Responsibilities
1. System Management
- Act as the primary owner of shop‑floor software systems.
- Manage system configuration, recipes, user access, and resolve production‑stopping technical issues.
2. Project Management
- Lead full project lifecycles for system implementations, upgrades, and module expansions.
- Translate operational and quality requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive change management, including training programs to support successful adoption of new tools.
3. Compliance & Traceability
- Ensure all systems meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain full data integrity to support end‑to‑end track‑and‑trace of materials, sensors, and operators.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
- Proven experience in technical project management; PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
- 5–7+ years in manufacturing, including 4+ years managing MES/Pisga/shop‑floor systems.
- Deep knowledge of MES platforms (Pisga or SQL‑based systems).
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of industrial communication protocols
