Major Responsibilities

1. System Management

  • Act as the primary owner of shop‑floor software systems.
  • Manage system configuration, recipes, user access, and resolve production‑stopping technical issues.

2. Project Management

  • Lead full project lifecycles for system implementations, upgrades, and module expansions.
  • Translate operational and quality requirements into technical specifications.
  • Drive change management, including training programs to support successful adoption of new tools.

3. Compliance & Traceability

  • Ensure all systems meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain full data integrity to support end‑to‑end track‑and‑trace of materials, sensors, and operators.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
  • Proven experience in technical project management; PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
  • 5–7+ years in manufacturing, including 4+ years managing MES/Pisga/shop‑floor systems.
  • Deep knowledge of MES platforms (Pisga or SQL‑based systems).
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of industrial communication protocols
