Major Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the global operations organization customer service across multiple regions.
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations to drive service excellence and team performance.
  • Oversee the global order-to-delivery process, ensuring efficient order management from order entry through delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders across all regions.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as an escalation point for key customers and critical service issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure consistent service standards, processes, and best practices across global locations.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics to align customer demand with operational capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Main Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field – required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer service teams, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
  • Proven experience managing teams across multiple regions or locations.
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment – preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
