Major Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the global operations organization customer service across multiple regions.
- Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations to drive service excellence and team performance.
- Oversee the global order-to-delivery process, ensuring efficient order management from order entry through delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders across all regions.
- Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as an escalation point for key customers and critical service issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ensure consistent service standards, processes, and best practices across global locations.
- Partner closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics to align customer demand with operational capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field – required.
- 5+ years of experience leading customer service teams, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
- Proven experience managing teams across multiple regions or locations.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment – preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
