Description
Acts as the primary communication link between customers and the Micro-Measurements Advanced Sensors business team. Managing a dedicated territory, you will lead the end-to-end sales support process - from initial inquiry to order fulfillment - ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while optimizing internal service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries within an assigned territory, providing professional support throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Order & Quote Management: Execute the end-to-end order process, including generating quotations, validating part numbers/pricing, and processing orders within the ERP system.
- Proactive Monitoring: Perform routine follow-ups on order status, proactively identifying potential delays and "raising flags" to ensure timely delivery.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate and sync with internal departments (Production, Logistics, Finance) to provide accurate answers and solutions to global customers.
- Issue Resolution: Oversee customer complaints and manage the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure with efficiency and professional care.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline customer service workflows and improve overall business efficiency.
