Responsible for coordinating and optimizing production. Material planning, also using MRP and standard production control processes to plan production, support master scheduling goals, and work with the team to ensure that shipping schedules are met to support company financial goals. • Create & maintain Production KPI - to measure and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Production control - schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and available resources
• Resource Allocation - raw materials, manpower and equipment to cover production demands
• Issue Resolution - addressing production issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Data Analysis and Forecasting
• Collaboration - working closely with various departments, such as operations, inventory, and quality control, to ensure smooth production operations.

• BSc Industrial Engineering & Management
• Proven experience of more than 2 years in an equivalent position.
• Experience with ERP and MES is advantage.
• Good English level written and verbal.
