Description
For our Israel & overseas production sites we are looking for a Costing Manager to our HQ in Modi'in:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, overseeing their professional development and ensuring high-quality execution of all departmental tasks.
- Monthly financial reporting package: Prepare & present comprehensive monthly financial reports with full COGS analysis & insights
- Product costing: Develop & Maintain accurate product costing, ensuring alignment with production processes
- Inventory control: Evaluate analysis and report, including cycles & reserves.
- Sox: Manage documentation and maintenance of SOX narratives and procedures
- Process improvement: Continuously improve the costing process & streamline workflow.
- Partner with operation leaders to support decision making
Requirements
- BA degree in economics with strong background in accounting
- At least 8 years' experience in costing at global manufacturing organization
- At least 3 years' experience in management position
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details & accuracy
- Ability to work independently & under pressure
- System oriented with expert skills in MS officed & ERP (MfgPro - an advantage)
- Fluent in English
