Description
The HR Specialist supports HR activities at our Holon production site, assisting in the day-to-day management of the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance, efficient HR processes, and a positive employee experience in a manufacturing / production floor environment. This role requires a hands-on approach and close daily interaction with employees and managers on the shop floor.
- Support and manage key stages of the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire), ensuring alignment with Israeli labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Work closely with frontline and mid-level managers to support daily HR needs, including employee relations, attendance, onboarding, and performance-related processes.
- Provide ongoing HR support and guidance to employees and managers on day-to-day matters.
- Assist in identifying HR challenges on the production floor and support the implementation of practical solutions.
- Support the implementation of HR processes, programs, and initiatives locally.
- Maintain and update accurate HR data, employee records, and reports, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Support employee experience initiatives, engagement activities, and retention efforts within a production environment.
- Work with HR systems (HRIS) for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR coordination / generalist roles, preferably within a manufacturing / industrial environment.
- Experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience working with frontline / mid-level managers in operational environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and sense of ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS).
- Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
- Russian – an advantage.
