Wiliot was founded by the team that invented one of the technologies at the heart of 5G. This revolutionary mixture of cloud and semiconductor technology is being used by some of the world’s largest consumer, retail, food and pharmaceutical companies to change the way we make, distribute, sell, use and recycle products.

As a Firmware Engineer at Wiliot, you will gain experience in system-level design and development of radio coexistence (e.g., WiFi and Bluetooth) in embedded devices. You will develop a deep understanding of data structures, object-oriented design, and system architecture in an embedded environment.

• Design, develop, and debug embedded firmware using C/C++
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate firmware into end-to-end IoT solutions
• Implement and optimize data structures, object-oriented components, and system architecture in constrained environments
• Develop and execute unit tests and validation procedures to ensure firmware quality and reliability
• Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements
• Write and maintain scripts (Python) to support development, testing, and automation

• BSc. student in Electrical Engineering
• High-level engineering orientation
• Strong learning ability and out-of-the-box thinking
• Experience with C/C++ – an advantage
• Experience with Python – an advantage
• Self-motivated, independent learner with a “get things done” mindset
• Strong communication skills (Hebrew and English)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
