Job Description

We are looking for a student with a passion for design and strong communication skills. As a Marketplace Operations Manager, you'll ensure the quality of our marketplace templates, manage the review process, collaborate with teams to enhance user experience, and drive template improvements through close communication with our partners.

As a Marketplace Operations Manager, you will:

• Manage the review process for new templates, ensuring they meet our high standards for design and quality assurance

• Provide constructive feedback to partners and drive improvements to enhance template quality

• Test each website template for bugs, new features, and components

• Review and optimize the Marketplace templates page to increase user engagement

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance the user experience and boost template adoption

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of academic studies

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Design oriented with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Technical experience and the ability to quickly learn new platforms

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and a great team player
