Job Description

As a Business Development Manager in the Developer Relations department at Wix, you’ll play a key role in unveiling strategic business opportunities, driving growth and making an impact.
You’ll build relationships with potential partners, and collaborate with various teams to develop innovative strategies that align with our business goals. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, assessing opportunities, managing negotiations and making meaningful connections working with different stakeholders and business partners.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research and networking

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners to enhance business growth

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly communicate our value proposition

  • Collaborate with other product teams across the company to align strategies and optimize goals and outreach efforts

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies

  • Track and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for the company

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field with proven impact record

  • Strong knowledge of market research techniques and business analysis

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex business scenarios

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing metrics to inform strategic decisions

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus

  • Previous experience in the tech industry or a startup environment – an advantage
