The Wix Boost program is designed for developers with 2-4 years of professional experience who want to join Wix Engineering and take their skills to the next level. This unique initiative offers the chance to work with industry-leading engineers, solve complex challenges and impact millions of users worldwide. After Wix Boost, you’ll join one of our engineering teams and work on real production tasks in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

As part of the program, you will:

• Participate in an advanced, intensive curriculum focused on advanced engineering topics and designed to deepen your expertise in cutting-edge technologies

• Work with modern development tools and frameworks used at Wix, including React, Node.js, Scala, Java and more

• Collaborate with and learn from expert mentors and peers to solve real-world challenges

• Contribute to high-scale production systems that serve millions of users

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience as a full stack/frontend, mobile or backend developer

• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Java, Scala or similar languages

• Experience with web architecture concepts and building scalable solutions

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or building end-to-end solutions in production

• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture or containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) – an advantage

• Proficiency in React, Node.js or other modern frameworks – an advantage

About the Team

The Wix Boost Program includes a comprehensive curriculum focused on advanced engineering topics, divided into three specialized tracks: frontend/full stack, mobile and backend development. During the program, participants will engage in group code reviews and hands-on project development, learn from Wix Engineering experts and gain exposure to Wix’s proprietary tools and processes and dive into topics such as performance optimization, system design and scalable architectures.
