Job Description
As a Product Manager – IPE, you'll own the full product lifecycle, working on internal tools like identity management, automation APIs, databases and AI bots. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions while championing a culture of self-service. In your day-to-day, you will:
- Own the full product lifecycle, including ideation, MVP, launch, and iteration for internal tools
- Map pain points across Customer Care tickets, shadow IT, and operational data, validating solutions with rapid user research and experimentation
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing by business impact, employee delight, and tech feasibility
- Partner with engineering, IT-Ops, security, HR, and data teams to ship scalable, reliable, and compliant experiences
- Measure what matters by setting KPIs, instrumenting usage analytics, and pivoting based on data insights
- Champion a culture of self-service to reduce friction and empower employees to solve problems independently
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a product manager, driving technical products from zero to one and beyond
- Hands-on knowledge of identity and access protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML), networking fundamentals, and enterprise security best practices
- Experience with AI/LLM solutions like chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation, or prompt engineering
- Strong backend foundation covering REST/gRPC APIs, event-driven architectures, and data privacy
- Proven record of translating complex tech into crisp, actionable product requirements for diverse stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable defining metrics, running A/B tests, and interpreting logs and dashboards
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to sell a vision to both technical and non-technical audiences
