Job Description
As part of our Developer Care team, you’ll provide exceptional support to developers, ensuring smooth app integration, troubleshooting issues, and helping optimize their solutions. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve features and enhance the overall developer experience. You’ll work on tasks both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a seamless developer ecosystem at Wix.
In your day-to-day, you’ll:
Engage with the developer community daily via Discord and tickets, offering support and assistance
Review 3rd-party app submissions
Influence the way we support our developers and improve it to ensure their experience is exceptional
Work closely with R&D teams to improve the Wix Developer Platform
Become an expert on our platform and products so you can provide effective operational, analytical, and product guidance
Provide our partners with technical support for integrating with Wix APIs and Frameworks
Qualifications
Student with at least 1.5-2 years of studies left
Experience working with REST APIs and SDKs to integrate systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve functionality
Experience working with multiple teams across many disciplines and locations in a dynamic and fast-moving high-tech environment
Great organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple interfaces, initiatives and projects simultaneously
Excellent time management, communication and team work skills, with fluency in English
Experience in backend development, tier 3 support or QA roles - an advantage

We are the Developer Relations team at Wix. Our main focus is guiding and working closely with our growing 3rd-party app developer community, including individual developers to large organizations around the world. On the day-to-day we review all app submissions, and support our 3rd-party partners’ efforts in delivering great products and solutions for Wix users. We put developers first and strive to provide them with the best platform to build the best results with Wix.
