Job Description
As a Dynamic CRM Manager, you’ll be part of a new team of Microsoft Dynamics experts that will lead our Dynamics CRM solution, from implementation to ongoing support of our Customer Care department. This role combines strategic solution architecture with hands-on functional expertise, ensuring our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform is optimized, scalable, and aligned with business needs and objectives. In your day-to-day, you will:
Lead the project's successful implementation
Design and implement end-to-end Dynamics CRM processes that meet internal business requirements
Configure and customize Dynamics CRM modules, including entities, workflows, business process flows, dashboards, and security roles
Ensure system performance, scalability, and security across the CRM environment
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM products and teams
5+ years of experience in a solution architect or senior technical role
Experience working in large implementation projects
Experience and expertise working closely with non-technical stakeholders and business users
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
