Job Description
Provide leaders with actionable insights and financial support like scenario analyses, what-if planning and cost-benefit analyses to influence decisions and resource allocation
Lead annual and monthly budgeting process and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with company strategy, business goals and targets
Work closely with various departments and senior leadership to develop strategic plans that align with financial strategy
Identify cost optimization opportunities across the business monitoring cost drivers; proposing improvements in processes, efficiency, and resource utilization
Evaluate business cases for new initiatives, including ROI analysis, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
Partner with Accounting to prepare and review monthly and quarterly reports
Create and manage financial reports and dashboards tracking key metrics
Constantly seek ways to improve FP&A processes, tools, systems, and data sources
Automate repetitive tasks, improve rolling forecasts, and enhance accuracy and speed of financial reporting
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, trends, and variances vs. budget
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field
4+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, or related finance roles in growing, dynamic organizations
Strong technical and analytical skills including an advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting and budget management
Curious and driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a sharp attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills and are able to present complex financial data in a clear, structured manner to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
High proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and strong command of ERP/financial systems
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and a strong command of financial modeling
Fluent English – written and verbal
Experience working with financial systems such as Oracle and TM1 (IBM) – an advantage
Master's degree / MBA – an advantage
