Job Description
As a Business Operations Manager, you'll oversee and drive the execution of operational processes, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams and the successful delivery of group projects. You'll lead planning initiatives, manage dependencies, and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and clarity. In your day-to-day, you will:
• Lead group execution by managing GANTT charts, overseeing planning, and ensuring internal visibility across teams
• Coordinate and follow up on end-to-end contribution processes with external teams
• Manage and execute 1-2 group projects in depth while actively contributing to the team
• Collect and manage dependencies from external teams, serving as the focal point for communication and status updates
• Define and optimize team processes, including meeting structures, visibility, experiment management, and translations
• Identify and resolve obstacles, product dilemmas, and dependency issues
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong project management skills, including proficiency in tools like Sheets, Jira, Monday, and Slides
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to foresee challenges and mitigate them proactively
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a calm demeanor under stress and a flexible mindset

We are Wix’s Business Operations Guild. We are the operational engine, which leads, plans, and facilitates the execution of Wix’s day-to-day and long-term strategy. We aim to ensure operational excellence, rethink existing processes, improve dev velocity, and ensure projects run smoothly. To do this, we work closely with group heads, coordinate between teams, prioritize requests, and manage the day-to-day operations of our team. We’re comfortable diving into new domains and staying organized amid ambiguity.
