Job Description

As a People Operations Project Manager, you'll drive high-impact, multi-disciplinary HR projects, optimize people processes, and collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency and employee experience. In your day-to-day, you will

• Project manage complex, multi-disciplinary HR projects, working across interfaces

• Optimize people processes, improving and managing HR processes related to the employee lifecycle like onboarding, maternity leave, relocations, separations, and more

• Collaborate across teams, working closely with different teams within the group to enhance collaboration and efficiency across locations and domains

• Own parts of People Operations, taking charge of specific operational aspects within the People group such as budget management, People team onboarding, and more

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR, operations, program or project management, or people management

• Proven ability to lead complex projects and work effectively with multiple stakeholders

• A can-do approach and innovation mindset, with the ability to embrace and implement new AI tools

• Technical proficiency with project management tools and software, along with experience using and building AI-based tools

• Independent self-starter with the ability to work with minimal guidance

• Experience working in a global environment, collaborating across various languages and cultures
