Key Responsibilities:
- Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM): Create and maintain comprehensive mapping documentation to ensure data integrity during transitions.
- Technical Characterization: Design and write detailed technical specification documents for complex data migration processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Work effectively with everyone from senior management to end-users to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Data Source Analysis: Analyze and extract data from a wide variety of sources, including operational systems, CRM platforms, and legacy databases.
Job Requirements
- SQL Expert: Proven experience in writing complex queries and performing deep-dive data analysis.
- Migration Experience: Solid background in Data Migration processes and a proven track record of writing technical characterization documents.
- Technical Writing: Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Proactive & Independent: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to take full ownership of projects from end to end.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership.
