Job Description:

• Full responsibility for achieving project objectives: professional, technological, financial, operational, and budgetary.

• Building work plans, timelines, and defining required resources.

• Leading business and technical requirement definition processes (Hands-On).

• Managing complex, multi-system projects that include development and integrations.

• Ongoing work with development, infrastructure, integration teams, and external vendors.

• Managing interfaces with clinical stakeholders, management, end users, and headquarters units.

• Overseeing testing processes, go-live, and system implementation within the organization.

• Leading organizational change processes and driving digital innovation.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience of over 4 years in managing large Information Systems projects – mandatory.

• Proven experience leading projects that combine development and integration – mandatory.

• Experience in writing requirement specifications and implementing systems – mandatory.

• Experience working with development and integration teams – mandatory.

• Proven hands-on experience in business and technical analysis – mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems / Systems Analysis,

or military background with certifications totaling over 400 hours in the field – mandatory.

• Previous experience in healthcare systems – significant advantage.

• Experience working with medical laboratory systems (LIS) – significant advantage.

• Familiarity with the digital domain, UX, and technological solutions in the healthcare sector – significant advantage.

• Ability to lead complex, multi-system projects.

• Strong understanding of organizational processes and ability to analyze business needs.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders – users, technology teams, management, and vendors.

• High-level writing and documentation skills.
