Yael Group is recruiting a QA Software Tester for a full-time position in Tel Aviv.
Job Description:
- Lead the testing process in an Oracle EBS upgrade project.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and work closely with business users from the Finance and Procurement modules.
- Train users on writing test scenarios and guide them through organized testing cycles.
- Coordinate ongoing activities between business users and the implementation and development teams.
- Collect and document findings and track issue resolution with development and implementation teams.
- Work as part of an ERP team including implementers, developers, and IT professionals.
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in testing enterprise information systems (Enterprise Systems) – mandatory.
- Experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) – mandatory.
- Experience in writing and executing functional test scenarios – mandatory.
- Experience leading user acceptance testing and working with business users – mandatory.
- Ability to document issues and follow up on fixes with development teams – mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and lead users, and a service-oriented approach – mandatory.
- Experience in testing system upgrade projects or integration testing – an advantage.
- Familiarity with financial and/or procurement modules – an advantage.
- QA / Software Testing course or relevant education in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management – an advantage.
