Job Description:
• Responsibility for achieving the objectives of the project under their management (professional objectives, financial objectives, operational objectives, and budgetary objectives).
• Responsibility for preparing a work plan, schedule, and required resources for execution.
• Managing large-scale projects or multiple smaller projects.
• Guiding and supervising several project managers.
• Responsibility for managing and leading technological projects end-to-end, including initiation, planning, implementation, and deployment of technological solutions for internal organizational projects and public-facing projects.
• Promoting broad technological and infrastructure processes aimed at reducing the attack surface in the national economy, proactive protection against cyber threats identified in the cyber domain, data-related projects, and more.
Job Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in managing IT and technology projects.
• Proven experience in leading, defining, and implementing technological projects from the requirements gathering stage through go-live.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders from different disciplines and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing complex projects based on globally accepted project management methodologies. Good familiarity and experience working with project management tools.
• Experience dealing with managerial and technological challenges.
• Certifications in the field of project management.
• Experience managing technological projects in the cyber defense domain.
• Familiarity with the data domain and data-related project management.
• Strong familiarity with technological environments, systems, and cyber defense, information security, and data communication solutions.
• Knowledge and experience in cyber systems analysis or intelligence.
• Experience in software project management.
• Experience in matrix and/or direct team management.
• Experience dealing with public / governmental procurement mechanisms.
• Relevant education.
