Job Description:
- Manage and operate the organization’s IT systems
- Manage databases and storage systems
- Plan and execute backup and recovery processes
- Plan and implement technological projects
- Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance
- Work with vendors and external service providers
- Implement and improve DevOps processes within the organization
- Manage a team of Systems Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and DBAs
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure – mandatory
- At least 3 years of team management experience in a large organization – mandatory
- Experience managing an integration team – significant advantage
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, databases, storage, and backup systems
- Knowledge and experience with DevOps processes and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of service orientation
