Role & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technological positions
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize social platforms and innovative sourcing channels to identify top talent
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate as part of a professional and supportive recruitment team

Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer / Recruiter)
• Experience in tech recruitment – an advantage, but not required
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a multi-task environment
• Curiosity, high motivation, and a passion for recruitment
