Job Description
- Perform software testing for complex information systems.
- Manage a team of testers.
- Take responsibility for multiple systems simultaneously.

Requirements
- Relevant education.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in team management.
- Experience writing STD, STR, and STP documents.
- Experience testing web-based systems.
- Experience working on multiple systems and technologies simultaneously.
- Experience writing SQL queries and understanding databases.
- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Experience in automation development.
- Knowledge of programming languages.
- Ability to learn new topics, organize knowledge, and plan tests with responsibility and dedication.
- Initiative, ability to meet deadlines, and structured task management.
