Role Description:
- Lead the technological architecture and translate business needs into advanced solutions
- Design and plan end-to-end system architecture
- Evaluate technologies and drive innovative solutions
- Lead system upgrades, modernization, and optimization initiatives
- Write architecture documents and define standards and best practices
- Manage risks, budgets, and cost control (including cloud environments)
- Lead teams and collaborate with multiple organizational stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in the technology field, including 2 years of team management experience
- 3+ years of experience in writing architecture documents and technical specifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Development Manager in an organization with 2,000+ users
- At least 2 years of experience in building cloud-based systems
- Proven experience managing at least 3 development teams simultaneously
- 3+ years of experience in system upgrades and optimization
- Experience developing core enterprise systems and integrating between systems
