Job Description
A leading organization’s Control & Monitoring team is looking for an ElasticSearch Implementer with approximately 2 years of experience to join a leading observability team responsible for the setup, implementation, and operation of observability solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and maintain Elastic Observability solutions (ELK Stack).
- Work with Metrics, Logs, and Traces for monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving system availability and performance.
- Integrate diverse data sources (servers, applications, containers, third-party systems).
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and alerts in Kibana.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis.
- Write technical documentation and transfer knowledge to clients and internal teams.
- Be available for off-hours work in cases of emergency or critical incidents.
Requirements:
- Relevant education.
- 4+ years of experience in systems/infrastructure.
- Around 2 years of experience implementing or working with ElasticSearch/ELK Stack or similar tools.
- Practical experience with Observability: monitoring, logs, metrics.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
- Understanding of network protocols and application architectures.
- Experience with Elastic APM.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes / Docker.
- Experience with other observability tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD processes.
- Experience writing scripts (Python / Bash).
