Job Description:

• Responsible for building tools and methodologies, and managing processes to ensure data consistency, reliability, and reproducibility.
• Manage structured and unstructured data for analytical use.
• Provide solutions to complex issues arising from database usage.
• Oversee data quality and pipelines; understand complex analytical models at a high level.
• Strong understanding of operations and complexities related to data infrastructure.
• Responsible for data architecture and the implementation of organizational data governance policies.
• Build models, develop and apply complex algorithms, and analyze processes to identify trends and generate data-driven strategic insights.
• End-to-end responsibility for work plans and execution.
• Lead large and complex projects, define KPIs and success metrics, while ensuring delivery, service, and maintenance.
• Lead the domain, including managing teams across Data, BI, Analytics, AI, and Data Infrastructure.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to deliver complex solutions, including identifying and integrating new and relevant data into models

Job Requirements:

• Relevant education.
• 5+ years of experience in data-related roles, including at least 2 years in Data Science management.
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex data projects.
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams across Data, BI, Analytics, AI, and Data Infrastructure.
• At least 2 years of experience in designing enterprise Data Architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Governance.
• At least 2 years of experience building data systems in the cloud.
