Job Description:
A leading software company בתחום פתרונות SaaS for Human Capital Management is seeking a Web Systems Analyst.
The role includes analyzing complex systems across multiple modules, writing high-level Detailed Design documents (including mockups and queries), and working extensively with SQL Server.
The position involves close collaboration with development, product, and implementation teams in an Agile environment, as well as leading projects and defining new features for large-scale systems.
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems / Software Engineering / Computer Science.
- Proven experience in systems analysis and writing high-level technical specification documents (Detailed Design), including mockups, ERD diagrams, fields, and edge cases.
- Strong knowledge of databases and SQL Server.
- Experience with web systems, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
- Experience working in a product/SaaS company serving customers.
- Experience leading projects and working with clients – significant advantage.
- Familiarity with IBM 3270 emulation screens – strong advantage.
- High self-learning ability and capability to להתמודד with technological challenges.
