Provide high quality after-sales service to hospitals and private clinics
Handle technical inquiries, provide instrument installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
Handling of service quotation
Handling Service Contract for ZEISS product
Proactive perform PM for ZEISS product according to schedule
Effective internal and external communication
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Who are we looking for?
Minimum Vocational Diploma in engineering
2 or more years experience in related field is preferred
Fresh gratudates are welcome
Familiar with optical systems
Familiar with TCP/IP connection
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows, data storage backup and restore.
Willingness to travel internationally for oversea service training regularly.
Proactive, can do attitude and ability to work with changing client needs
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and in a team
Fluent in English and Cantonese
