Your Role
You will play a crucial role in digital transformation Projects
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
Support the development and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to build a governance framework and monitor and improve data quality across the enterprise
You will help our business units to establish Salesforce standards and increase the quality level and process consistency
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, data owners and IT teams, to ensure technical solutions consider end-2-end processes
Your Profile
A successfully completed studies preferably business informatics, information technology or a technical education in informatics, paired with a passion for service processes, master data and data quality
At least 5 years relevant professional experience, experience in a consultant role is a plus
Experience in the Salesforce Service Cloud and the corresponding processes
Knowledge in SAP Material Master Data is a plus
Strong understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud and system architecture
The ability to structure and develop your own frameworks and communicate them in a structured and easy-to-grasp way
A natural interest in state-of-the-art technological developments and a good understanding of the technical feasibility of data-driven products and services
A proven track record of agile project experience and agile project management success stories
Been part of a Salesforce project end-to-end
Excellent English and German skills
