We are looking for a Documentation representative that will handle the following:

The transmission of the import manifest to the customs and to the ports.

Handling all operational issues of the import shipments.

Major areas of responsibility

Transmission of the manifest to the custom and to the port on time:

• Send arrival notice to the clients.
• Take care to transfer the containers to the depots.
• Handle operational issues of the import shipments with the port / custom / depots
• Ongoing correspondence with Zim’s agents all over the world
• Correspondence with the Gss team
• Handle the CRM mailbox as per the targets
• Handle the correctors letters in front of the custom
• Improve imports process

You'll need to have:

• Academic education (B.A).
• Experience in Customer Service field
• Control of office tools, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High proficiency in English
• Advantage: Experience in import/export field
