We’re on the lookout for a passionate and forward-thinking Organizational Development (OD) Manager to join our global L&D team. In this strategic role, you’ll design and deliver impactful development programs that empower leaders, elevate talent, and drive organizational success.

What You'll Be Leading:
Leadership Development
- Design and roll out innovative leadership development experiences that bring our strategic vision—and the ZIM Leadership Model—to life
- Identify capability gaps and build interventions that make a real difference
- Partner with regional HR teams to execute development programs and annual plans
- Coach leaders 1:1 and in group settings to boost their impact and effectiveness
Talent Management
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and grow top talent
- Lead talent review processes and succession planning that build a strong pipeline for the future
Organizational Development Initiatives
- Drive strategic OD projects including change management, team effectiveness, and culture transformation
- Create tailored learning programs aligned with evolving business needs
Performance & Growth
- Own and lead the annual performance management cycle
- Champion a culture of continuous feedback and development

Requirements
- Master’s degree in organizational development, Psychology, HR, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in OD roles in a global setting — consulting or leading transformative initiatives.
- Proven track record in managing teams and driving cross-functional projects.
- High-level fluency in English and Hebrew.
- Advanced skills in Office tools — especially PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Comfortable working independently and under pressure.
