Description
We are hiring a Global Sales CRM Analyst that will be the owner of the following:
The day to day and future developments of the CRM activities, identify improvements, customize the system, oversee usage performance trends, identify gaps and issues, and manage the leads and future pipeline processes. Act at the AI lead in Global Sales, lead new AI initiatives, and support existing ones.
Main Tasks:
CRM Management
- Manage and issue reports, BAU and Ad-Hoc
- Manage and report for CRM processes (leads, conversion rates, meetings, etc.)
- Manage the CRM hierarchies
- Manage the sales Org. structure
- Manage cucc’s relationships in sales
- Manage other CRM related tasks
- Responsibility for CRM performance monitoring, analysis and tracking
Development and customization
- Support the development and future improvements of the CRM
- Identify gaps in the CRM processes
- Customize improvements in the CRM
- Define and see through to execution IT developments
AI
- Act as the Global Sales focal point to any AI initiatives.
- Drive and lead AI based initiatives.
Support
- Guide and support the Regional Key Users with any analytics
- Execute CRM related tasks at HO level
- Guide and support the CRM users as needed.
Requirements
- Academic education: Bachelor’s degree in economics/business administration
- Good understanding of ZIM as a business – an advantage
- Experience in working with CRM systems, BI databases - a must
- Experience in working with MS Dynamics – an advantage!
- Strong MS office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Proactive approach, takes ownership type personality
- Good English language skills
- Experience in matrix management
- A multi-cultural individual
- Understanding of Sales – an advantage
- Experience with AI- Advantage
