Description

We are looking for a The Front Desk and Documentation Representative is responsible for release delivery orders and invoices for ZIM Customers.

B/L and invoices

Provide frontal Customer service support regarding printing and releasing export bills of lading.

Print all export bills of lading and invoices after vessel departure.

Prepare “Captain mails” and Documents for our agents overseas.

Ongoing correspondence with agents and Customers via phone/mails.

Personal contact with export customers Update telex release.

Requirements

Academic education – a must
2-3 years of experience in customer service / back office sales - a must
Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage
High level of spoken and written English - a must
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools
