Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to CFO that will support the CFO in meeting Function targets, executing work plan and ad-hock projects.
Major areas of responsibility:
Support CFO in processes, interfaces and projects
- Managing ongoing processes in the Function and supporting the CFO with strategic projects.
- Practicing cross-organizational issues, working with different interfaces in the Company.
- Leading processes improvement initiatives in the Function.
Performance monitoring
- Following the Function's and CFO’s planning and implementation of work plans.
- Monitoring, controlling and supporting tasks performance of the Function's units and Regions.
- Managing and monitoring KPIs of the Function's units and Regions.
- Preparing special analyses and financial modeling for various projects
Preparation and consolidation of material for the CFO
- Preparing presentations and reference materials for the Function's meetings, Management meetings, Board meetings and meetings with business partners.
- Preparing ongoing reports of the Function’s activity for senior management presentations.
Requirements
- Educational background in economics, Business Administration, Statistics- a must (CPA – is an advantage)
- M.A. – is an advantage
- 3-5 years of previous experience in an analytical role- a must
- Leading and understanding of processes
- High level of analytical skills – a must
- Experience in Hedging - is an advantage
- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge in Bloomberg, SAP & BI systems – is an advantage
- High level of English speaking and writing skills- a must
