Ready to make an impact as our next Booking Representative? In this role you will handle the following:

Create booking and handling errors
Order Pricing
Handling of customers request via emails & phone
Manage an email box
Entering containers into the system

Requirements

We are looking for:

Academic education – a must
Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage
2-3 years of practical experience in customer service - a must
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, Excel (macro level) and PowerPoint in particular
Mastery of the English language
