Description
We are looking for an Executive assistant to VP Medium & small countries that will support Medium & small countries VP execute strategy, assist in implementing working methodologies. Support and coordinate processes between various functions and countries. Follow up and lead projects and processes for improving countries performance and KPIs, and provide analytic support on various aspects of country’s results, nomination of new agents and partners.
Major areas of responsibility
- Support VP in processes, interfaces and projects
- Support VP with presentations to management & BOD
- Lead ad-hoc projects with the countries, Implementation and execution
- Practicing cross-organizational issues, working with different interfaces in the company
- Promotion of tasks through interfaces with other VPs assistants
- Manage VP tasks on Management level and TMO
Countries’ Performance Monitoring Following the function and VP planning and implementation of work plans.
- Monitoring, Controlling and supporting task performance of the function’s units
- Gain good understanding on the unique activities and circumstances of each country.
- Identify gaps between the Product and performance, and give recommendations for improvement
- Have good understanding on countries’ economies, political situation
- Assist the countries to improve communication and cooperation with other functions
- Providing assistance to countries in developing initiatives, supporting their implementation, and ensuring follow-up on execution.
Meeting BU’s targets
- Support the countries’ interface with the BU
- Assist the countries in building their work plan and organization in order to enable the country to meet its targets
- Market and product analysis (Provide clear picture of market and competition in each country)
- Track the countries meeting the BU targets
Preparation and Consolidation of material for the VP
- Preparing presentations and reference materials for the function’s meeting, Management meetings, Board meeting and meeting with business partners
- Preparing ongoing reports of the function’s activity for senior management presentations
- Issue VP meetings summaries and follow up of action items
Annual work plan and Budget
- Support building the annual work plan and the budget
- Work closely with regional finance on budget performance and realignment if required.
- Alert and give recommendations
- Build and prepare BOD ppt for budget approval
Requirements
- Academic education: Bachelor’s degree holder in Economics/ Business management/ Industrial management engineering. MBA- Advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial / managerial experience
- High level of analytical skills
- Ability to generate good working relationship with senior counter parts.
- Control of office tools, Excel (Macros level) and PowerPoint in particular.
- Systems oriented.
- Experience with projects management, presentations
- High level of control in English language (Speaking, reading and writing). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
