We are looking for a Cyber Readiness Specialist that will handle the following:

• Leading global cyber readiness project.
• Defining and building alternative processes for cyber crisis mode.
• Full project management.
• Assisting with Global Operation Center projects.

Major areas of responsibility

Project management

• Defining, building and monitoring entire project work plan.
• Follow up on all action items in all sub-projects with cyber consultancy firm.
• Managing entire project’s schedules.

New countries readiness onboarding process

• Manage the creation of country cyber procedures.
• Manage HO, regional and local functions interfaces and connect them to the corporate process.
• Provide solutions for business continuity during cyber.
• Planning and executing country cyber-attack drills.

Monitoring and preserving corporate general readiness.

• Building generic process and methodology for cyber readiness for all units and countries.
• Global implementation of the methodology.

Planning and executing country cyber-attack drills.

• Constant update and formalization of all company units' cyber procedures

Characterization and implementation of alternative solutions for business continuity

• Defining and producing back up data and alternative tools for cyber mode.
• Close interface with IT dept. for building and implementing new system for crisis management.



An academic degree in Industrial Engineering/Economics – big advantage

2 years of experience in project management with cross functional and multi-cultural interfaces – a must

Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking) – a must

Strong Excel and analytical skills – advantage
