Student Position: HRIS Specialist

Description
We are looking for a HRIS Specialist: Student Position that will take ownership of HRIS data system (HCM), with a strong focus on supporting organizational changes and their approval, validating and cleansing HR data, performing ongoing data controls across HR systems, writing specifications, and acting as first‑level support for resolving basic system issues
Main Tasks:
Data Integrity and Compliance -Validation & Controls
Establish data governance practices to maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data within the HR information systems
Regularly audit and cleanse up data to minimize errors and discrepancies
Monitor and address data integrity issues and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Organizational Changes Support & Approval
Support and validate organizational structure changes within the HCM system; ensure accuracy and policy compliance before approval;
collaborate with HRBPs and relevant teams to process updates properly; perform validations to ensure alignment with organizational policies
First Level Support– Troubleshooting Systems Bugs
Provide support for HR systems issues; Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, analyze problems, and lead technical solutions in collaboration with implementors, development and support teams
HR Information Systems Management
Assist in system administration and configuration; support day‑to‑day HRIS operations to ensure system availability; maintain accurate HR data within the HCM system and writing specifications.
Requirements
- Student in industrial engineering and management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics / Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent diploma in a relevant discipline
- At least a year and a half study balance
- Available for at least 2.5 days of work per week
- Familiarity with HCM – an advantage
- Preferably proven experience in HRIS administration and management, a strong understanding of HR processes, and knowledge of HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAPHR, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of data governance and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Fluent in English – a must
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with HR and IT teams, stakeholders, and system vendors. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced expertise in Excel, including complex functions.
- Strong analytical skills- ability to analyze data, generate business insights, and draw conclusions
- Fluent in English – a must
