Description

We are looking for a Booking Representative that will handle the following:

Preparing a Loading List: Enter containers into the system, create loading lists to the planners, transmit vessel details to the port and resolve any issues that arise.
Review vessel reports
Send reports to review booking statuses based on online data.
Handle customer requests via email and phone.

Requirements

Academic education - a must
Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage
2-3 years of practical experience in customer service - a must
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, Excel (macro level) and PowerPoint in particular
Mastery of the English language
