We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will handle the following:

• Providing information to the customers, regarding import/export issues.
• Handling customer inquiries (emails, phone calls).
• Working with various programs.
• Working globally with internal & external interfaces (e.g. different units, agencies, agents & etc.).

You'll need to have:

• Academic education (B.A).
• Control of office tools, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High proficiency in English
• Experience in the Customer Service field
