Description
We're looking for a People Analytics Student and C&B student to support the People Analytics and Compensation & Benefit team by providing analytical, reporting, and operational support across workforce data domains. The role focuses on analyzing employee trends, turnover, headcount, HR KPI’s, compensation and benefits data, while assisting with additional ongoing C&B tasks as workforce planning and budgeting processes . The position contributes to data-driven decision making through insightful analyses, reports, and ongoing support of HR and business initiatives.
Main Tasks:
Salary Control & Ongoing C&B support
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR and workforce data.
- Analyze employee turnover, retention trends, HC trends, Efficiency metrics, and recruitment KPI’S.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports & presentations related to headcount, hiring, attrition, and workforce trends.
- Identify trends and provide insights to support data-driven HR and business decisions.
- Assist in salary, compensation, and benefits analyses.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders on analytical and reporting needs.
- Support the development and improvement of People Analytics tools, dashboards, and processes.
- Assist with presentations and management reports related to workforce and compensation analytics
- Support ongoing C&B/ Budget planning processes
Requirements
- Academy Education- Student of economics – at least 1.5 years remaining
- Excellent control of office tools, Excel in particular
- High control of English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
- Data and details oriented
