Description

We’re looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Specialist to support a wide range of marketing activities across CRM, AI-driven marketing operations, campaigns, and content execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple marketing disciplines, combining execution, coordination, creativity, and data-driven thinking. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, design studios, and external agencies to help drive impactful B2B marketing initiatives.

Main Tasks:

CRM

Own hands-on work within CRM as a marketing automation platform

Build and manage audience segmentation, customer journeys, workflows, and lifecycle campaigns

Marketing AI enablement

Design and maintain AI agents and AI-driven marketing workflows to improve efficiency, automation, and campaign execution

Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, automation, and operational marketing tasks

Marketing Operations

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and external partners

Support and coordinate B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Write campaign briefs and manage marketing deliverables with internal marketing team and external agencies

Coordinate and produce marketing materials for digital campaigns, sales enablement, and brand initiatives

Support ongoing performance marketing activities, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns 







Requirements

2–4 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Digital Marketing roles

Hands-on experience with CRM OR marketing automation platforms

Experience building segmentation, workflows, and customer journeys

Practical familiarity with AI tools for marketing, content, and operational efficiency ( extra points will be given to those who have basic to intermediate experience building AI agents or AI-based automations for marketing workflows)

Experience managing marketing materials and working with creative/design teams or external agencies

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Independent, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset

Familiarity with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Excellent English communication skills
