Description
We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will play a key role in supporting recruitment processes of senior leadership and executive-level talent across multiple regions. You will help drive a seamless and high-touch recruitment experience by coordinating complex hiring processes, managing executive search activities, and partnering with stakeholders globally to ensure exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive search processes, driving candidate progression, stakeholder alignment, and timely hiring outcomes.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for senior roles hires across global markets, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Hands-on sourcing for top executive talent, leveraging multiple channels, networks, and proactive search to identify high-potential candidates.
- Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records, interview feedback, hiring documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor recruitment workflows and ensure compliance with internal processes and data integrity standards.
- Coordinate complex interview schedules involving senior executives, leadership teams, and external candidates across multiple time zones.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and external search partners to ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for executive candidates throughout the recruitment process, delivering professional, confidential, and personalized experience.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates, managing expectations.
- Support Global Talent Acquisition initiatives related to employer branding, executive hiring practices, recruitment analytics, process optimization, and technology adoption.
- Contribute to projects aimed at elevating the overall effectiveness of Global HR Processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven talent acquisition experience, with a successful track record of placements across multiple geographies.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of interviewing & sourcing techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced English proficiency (C1 level) required.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a global and cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness and flexibility to accommodate working hours across multiple global time zones as need.
